Africa has a good attitude to rain
Africa has a good attitude to rain
We just think it’s a real big pain
Africa has bush fires or even worse
We have floods and think it’s a curse
In Africa it’s really really hot
But in the UK it’s really really not
Heat that rises from the ground
Can be put out by the rain chant sound
Africa has a good attitude to rain
We just think it’s a real big pain

It’s raining, it’s raining
Derka derka derka
My hair is getting wet, the gel is wearing out
Muhama laba sheba
Lets go inside to watch TV
Brontes contes mombes
Lets go outside and play in the rain African
Tarma garma marma
Bronkas chonco donkas
The big large elephant so full of meat
The sun so big providing lots of heat
The elephant in pain
Said ‘let it rain’
The elephant look up at the sky
And said ‘I wish I could fly
I would fly away from here
And drink gallons of beer
In a country
With lots of bounty
I’ll go to Devon
And be called Kevin
It’ll rain all day
But that’s ok
Then I will pack a
And fly back
Away from the rain
Back home again
Back under my shady tree
I need a cup of tea.
Drip drip drip
The rain is coming down
Drip drip drip
Its making me frown
Here in England we all hate rain
Except for a weird guy that’s called Wayne
But over in Africa they all want rain
Else crops die and that’s a real pain
Drip drip drip
The rain is coming down
Drip drip drip
Its making me frown
Over in Africa they have a rain song
Its really funny join along.
